Landon C. Harless
Landon Harless lives in Knoxville, Tennessee, with his husband, Yong. He got sober on February 5, 2007 after drinking alcoholically and abusing prescription pills for over seventeen years. He recently left his job as a high school English teacher to focus on the business he and Yong operate. In June 2017, Landon first attended the first annual Gay and Sober Men’s Conference as a participant. In 2018, he returned as a delegate, and in 2019 as Program Chair. For GSM 2021 Varsity, Landon serves as Conference Chair and is looking forward to the most amazing conference yet, with the help of an amazing committee that has been working tirelessly for months. With carefully curated workshops focused on living our best sober lives, dynamic speakers who share their experience, strength, and hope, and exciting social events, such as the parade and river cruise on Pride Sunday, it is sure to be another life-changing experience for all. Landon is honored and grateful for the opportunity to speak on behalf of Gay and Sober as part of Happy. Sober. Free!
